Holographic foil stamping provides the ultimate in security for items such as cheques, gift vouchers, university result forms or any other document that needs to be protected against fraud. The hologram will not reproduce when photocopied but will appear as a black solid.

Two kinds of hologram exist. Repeating patterns without any registration requirement termed “wallpaper designs”, and “registered” hologram designs.

The term registered can be misleading and may mean two things. It can refer to a design registered to an individual company having sole right to its use, or may refer to the fact the design is able to be “registered in position” when being applied to a form. (The well known Microsoft hologram would be an example of both).

We are able to apply all types of hologram and can advise on costs, size limitations, and standard patterns that are available as well as the creation of individual registerable designs such as corporate logos.
